In this blog, our Oracle Practice Lead, Jane Johnson, takes us through the latest improvements in Oracle Cloud Learn Release 24C. Discover the enhanced search filters, new eLearning re-attempt controls, improved catalog search, conversation moderation, and updated reporting features. Again, you asked, and Oracle has delivered. Some well useful improvements in this release.
Search filter for the learner has been extended to include Required Learning
Learners are now able to narrow their search on My Learning Experience down to Required:
Learner re-attempts at SCORM and/or HACP (AICC) control
The Learning Administrator can now configure a timeline on the next attempt of retaking an eLearning:

In short: When the passing score for an eLearning hasn’t been reach, the LA can determine whether the learners need to wait until the can retake it. Take the time to do some further learning to pass the eLearning for example.
Improved Search within the catalog resources
It is now possible for the LA to search on the descriptions for classrooms and training suppliers which will make life a little easier:

Moderate conversations
Now, I know for a fact that this is something a lot of customers have been waiting for! The LA can now actually moderate the self-service conversations. They can now edit and delete.

The ‘Add to Journey’ (bookmark) section can now be disabled using Visual Builder
Another improvement that has been asked for amongst the community. This has been released a few months ago with the intention to bookmark certain courses. Once clicked they were then to be found outside of Learn in the Journeys tile. We can now disable this functionality using Visual Builder:

Report on Questionnaires
It is here!! We can now report on the enrollment questionnaires using OTBI.
